Glow Oil

I just wanted to say thank you to Glow Oil for the fantastic job they did replacing my system. Getting an appointment scheduled especially during the winter can be tough, but they actually came out earlier than expected which was nice. Called me an hour before arriving, arrived on time and got straight to work. The tech, I think his name is Nick, went above and beyond to make sure I was situated. This guy deserves a raise! You can tell that he genuinely cares about his work and making sure customers are satisfied. Thank you again for everything!

Nicholas provided us with exceptional service this week! He came to clean the oil burner and to add antifreeze to our heating system. He realized shortly after getting here after 3 that it was going to be a big job. Instead of rescheduling he dug in and worked very late, sacrificing time with his family, to finish the job. He even hunted down a burnt out transformer that was keeping our thermostat from working by tracing the problem to an air handler in the attic! We went from no heat to nice and warm thanks to Nicholas. Nice job Glow Oil!!
