        My wife and I have stayed at many different hotels or inns on Block Island over the years. Payne’s Harbor View is by far our favorite. We’ve stayed here the past four years and hope to stay for many more. Carmen and Kevin as well as the entire staff do a tremendous job year after year! Already looking forward to next year!

        Carmen and Kevin are the best hosts, hands down! Update 8/27/21 - We booked rooms 3 and 8 for another visit with my daughter. It was her boyfriend's 1st visit to the island. Payne's Harbor View Inn was great again! Friendly staff is always there to help. The addition of the water cooler and bagged ice was a great.
