Jason Evan's owner was front and center on the project. As someone who is in the building industry, I appreciate his hands on approach on our home. VERY responsive to communication. The guys came and went in one day leaving not a spec of dust to be found anywhere. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. Jason responded promptly when I initially contacted him about fixing an old leaky area of my roof. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate, and he showed up as promised. He gave me estimates for fixing that area of the roof and for replacing that half of the roof. A week or two later I asked him to come out and to prepare an estimate for the entire roof as well as skylight replacements. Again, he showed up as promised. All estimates were very detailed and explained any additional charges that may be incurred. His estimates were reasonable and in line with the estimates that other companies provided. When I decided to proceed with getting our entire roof and both skylights replaced, we scheduled a date for the replacement. He explained that materials and a dumpster would be delivered to our driveway prior to the roof installation. Closer to the date of installation he emailed me to give me an exact date that I should expect the everything to arrive. Everyone showed up bright and early on the scheduled replacement date and were very respectful of my property and my neighbors' properties. It was an extremely hot day, but everyone worked very diligently. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone who was here. When I had a question about the roof a few days after installation, Jason answered me via email within a couple hours. Overall, I am completely satisfied with Evans Quality Roofing. I highly recommend this company. Reliable tradesmen are getting increasingly harder to come by, but working with Jason was a pleasant surprise.
