My name is David and Lois Roberts Sr.We Had Anderson windows for about 27 years and notice heat loss in our living room area.We hea rd about Appleby Windows and decided to give them a try. It was the best investment we had ever made. We have notice a great difference in our heating and electric bill.The Rep was very nice in explaining our options and the guy that did the installation was great! We are very please. Appleby was great to work with on our bathroom renovation. The salesman took the time to understand our wants and needs and was very respectful during the entire quoting process. The install went fairly smoothly as well, as it was done in 2 days with only one worker. A week later we did have a leak from the spout that ran down to our basement, but they were out the very next morning to correct the issue, and we've had no other problems 3 months later.

We moved into a house that we knew needed work and dreaded the idea of replacing something so big and expensive such as our bay window. We were hesitant but Appleby reassured us that it was not only necessary but also important in regard to our electric bill. We sat down with Appleby and they explained to us how the broken seals in the window were not only letting in drafts but also had the potential for mold forming. Once the window was installed we could immediately see a difference in temperature of our home and months later we could see a change in our electric bill. The windows have multiple layers to each panel and filter the light coming in keeping the inside of our home comfortable. We did have a small issue with the window frame but Appleby came out and addressed it pretty quickly. We have more windows to replace and will definitely use Appleby again.
