We hired Scott and his team to refinish our basement - we'd gotten several quotes, and Scott's team had the most affordable bid, and the quickest estimate for job completion - and we'd trust them again with any home project! Scott was always available, easy to talk to, responsive to every question or concern we had in the process, and made sure that the work happened on schedule. Even the contractors who worked for Scott spoke highly of his management skills - and his honesty and fairness to every person, and how good it felt to work for him. The quality of the work was wonderful - Scott came by often to check on how things were progressing, and even had his team redo things if he found they were not yet the highest quality. Scott always made us feel like we were among his most important clients - though he does projects much bigger than ours - and always made us feel well taken care of. We hired Scott and his team to do a few basement remodeling projects, including installing custom sliding barn doors, drywall repair, baseboard installation, a new ceiling fan installation and wiring, and finish a new linen closet. All the projects were done professionally by his team. Scott communicated every step of the way and was fully transparent during the entire process. After striking out trying to find someone to do the various projects, we are glad that we contacted StoneyBrooke Home Renovations and will certainly use them again for any future home renovation projects. Scott did fantastic work coordinating and managing our project with the support of the Veterans Administration (VA) Specially Adaptive Housing (SAH) grant. From plan proposal, planning and the scheduling of trade contractors, everything was first rate and we were involved and understood every step of the process. Scott was lightening quick to respond to all of our questions. Our ADA walk in shower and access / egress ramps not only allow safe freedom of movement the work should be a magazine photo of a successful project start to finish.
