They contacted me. We are planning to list our house in less than a year so I thought I would hear them out. Everyone was nice and professional. But, I told them what I was looking to get for my house and that I would not accept a low-ball offer. They scheduled an inspector who was very nice and informative and then offered about 30% below market value. Waste of time. No thanks.

This company is likely one step above a scam. Even if you are not selling your home and have no plans to sell your home, they will harass you endlessly. I receive junk mail, spam calls, and unsolicited text messages from Cheska, Sarah, Eric, and more. I do not want to sell my home at all, let alone to someone that will give me the lowest possible offer and then turn around and sell it at a much higher price for profit. They are ruthless in all the wrong ways. Avoid like the plague unless it's your only option. If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. Leave me alone!

This company is amazing to work with!!! I've bought and sold a few homes in my life. And to be honest, they made it so easy it made me uneasy lol. Ferd comes out, awesome guy. About a half hour and we came to an agreement that I was VERY happy with. Signed everything electronically. Closed in about 5 weeks. They took care of EVERYTHING! All we had to do was go pick up the check. Incredible. Great job guys. Thank you so much for making this an easy and great experience.
