        This review is decidated to Jen a seller agent from here. She showed up to closing without keys and didn't think it was a big deal. Then left us waiting for almost 2 hours and still didn't round up all the keys. Most unprofessional experience ever. Actually tried saying that was normal. What a joke. Last time I bought a car it came with keys. I guees houses are different .
