C.R. Smith was so helpful to me today! I am local, but it was my first time coming to them. I had a tire that kept going flat, and a burned out daytime running light. Chuck was such a huge help to us. He listened to all the noises I was hearing, and gave feedback without making me feel foolish. He replaced a headlight that was blown on our other vehicle, that wasn't in the shop at the time! He was ready with a price for the part I would likely need down the road, so that I could plan for it. I am very happy with my overall experience with them, and kudos to Chuck for going above and beyond! This is the repair shop I bring ALL my business to. I trust them completely.
