I'm assuming this one star review is because we couldn't get you in at 1:00 p.m. after you missed, and were a no-call no-show, for your original 8:15 a.m. appointment that was in writing. Next time please come during your schedule time and this won't be a problem. And also, coming in and cussing and yelling at the service manager probably isn't a good idea when you were a no-call no-show. You get a ZERO star rating as a customer lol... Do You miss you Dr appointment and then go in 5 hours later and demand to be seen and cuss and yell at the Dr, too, calling them "Yo" constantly?
