I have a tremendous amount of gratitude for the staff and specifically, Rosaline Owusu , CRNP. While dealing with health insurance changes, switching providers, and medication adjustments, it often feels like Im looked at as my ailmentsnot a human being. Very rarely have I felt legitimately heard by many of the healthcare professionals I see. With Rosaline, I can definitively say that she has never brushed aside a concern or placed me on the back burner. On several occasions, she has gone out of her way to make sure she actually spoke to me (not just had a nurse relay the message), she has advocated on my behalf to other doctors who Ive struggled to get in touch with, and it feels like anytime I call with a concern, Rosaline seems to make sure she squeezes me in to her busy schedule (whether its just a virtual call, phone call, or actually seeing her in person) within 24 hours. As a patient with many concerns and the ongoing need for treatment, when I reach a point where I dont know where to turn, Ive always resorted back to Rosaline and the care team at LVPG for guidance. In areas where she doesnt feel comfortable addressing a specific concern, shes gone out of her way to make sure someone else does (even when its another provider). That alone speaks to her character. I dont have much experience with other physicians at the practice, but I can say for sure that Rosaline has consistently proven that her priority is making sure the patients concerns have been heard and addressed.

My doctor is first class, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is very difficult getting an appointment within a reasonable time frame, however that problem is universal for LVHN

First time going there I was at the er with severe abdominal pain and throwing up and rapid weight loss and blood in my urine they told me to go to my family dr to get a referral to go to a gi first appointment they canceled because supposedly they called a number that wasn’t mine to confirm my appointment and said someone denied it but they send a text not call so when I went in it was completely empty and said the dr can’t see me cus he’s double booked when I went in at my appointment time then they gave me an appointment a week later when I finally went a different front desk lady said they don’t do that there and I still should have been seen or talked to by a nurse for abdominal pain when I finally seen the dr he refused to give me a referral and said I think you should go back to the er to run the same tests the already ran that if I’m still in pain 3 weeks later it’s serious but refused to send me to the proper place I even told him I have an appointment already made for a lump on my knee in October and I need a referral for that refused to give me that referral as well I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone no one deserves to go and not be treated very unprofessional I’d give it negative stars if I could 1 star is too high for the service they give

My mom was diagnosed with Covid. I was trying to reach the doctor for 3 days to get here help or have a virtual meeting. The doctor never responded or ever called us back to answer our questions or needs. Unfortunately, the Lehigh valley does not care about the patients themselves, they just care about the money part of the job. I am no longer bringing her into this office ever again. I am switching her to St.Luke’s.

The medical staff seems knowledgeable and caring - not the same with the administrative personnel! I was provided incorrect interpretation of benefits and does not seem receptive to any communications from medical insurance.
I was told this office keeps disconnecting them and failed to get a response!
