I (28yo male) was trying to sell my 2018 BMW 330i xDrive a little while back when used car prices were 'surging' as I was in the process of purchasing a new car. Brought my BMW by this location for a quote/offer - the woman at the front desk taunted me asking if it was "leased," the salesman lowballed the offer by about $5k ($17,400), and another junior salesmen made snarky personal comments about my shirt. Safe to say I didn't sell the beamer to these guys. I ended up selling it privately for over $20,00 a week later. Hopefully the workers here don't treat all their clients as if they didn't pass the 6th grade.

We had the best, most seamless experience at Scott! This is our second purchase with them. A great deal on a last minute find, meant dragging our 6 year old and 20 month old to the dealership, which was not ideal. Not only was the whole staff welcoming to our whole family, staff that werent busy played with our kids, talked with them, and were not bothered by their noise. We felt at ease with the whole upfront, QUICK, and relaxed process in buying a used car. I dont like dealerships normally, but Ill go back to Scott for my car purchases always. We are so grateful for their knowledge and kindness to the four us. We look forward to enjoying our new ride! Thank you!

As a top Google Maps contributor for the entire northeast with more than 141 Million views the customer service I got here is the worst Ive ever received from any kind of business. Ive had repeated issues getting vehicles repaired for anything beyond the basics and in one unique circumstance I feel like they didnt stand by their work and then bullied me. I expressed my concerns to management, it took weeks for them to decided to not fix my vehicle (total estimated cost was $250), and ultimately I had to order the parts and repair the vehicle myself after I begged them to cut off a bolt they cemented during a prior repair. It was a humiliating experience, a nightmare to get my vehicle operational again, and Im shocked how I was treated as a 5+ year customer. Special shoutout to manager John Rooney - We may not see eye to eye about the decisions that were made and as humans thats absolutely ok, but bullying should never take place at any business. If you tell me the only thing youll do is to cut off the cemented bolt and then I show up hours later to get it cut off I shouldnt have been told No when the service agent consulted you for guidance and I certainly should not have needed to beg for what was literally 1 minute of work you promised to do. Second special shoutout to the Parts department for being absolutely incredible and nothing at all like Service. This review deserves some kind of positivity and with Parts help I was able to order what I needed to do the work myself and for that Im forever thankful.
