We were traveling from Maryland to Illinois when several warning lights appeared. They were near the highway and we called for advice. They let us bring it in for diagnostics and found the issue. No immediate repairs needed but gave us the paperwork to give our local Subaru Service Center. Rey friendly and helpful! This is why weve had 4 Subarus - service gods! Thanks Devin!

Excellent Service Center experience. They repaired our car that was riddled with problems and took meticulous care of it. They went the extra mile and took pictures to show me as well as did tons of extras for us at no charge. They also provided a loaner for us to use. Thank you so much! I have a 2022 WRX on order currently. Sales person I have been dealing with has been great and very accommodating. I get weekly updates on the status of the order and friendly ones at that. I equally work in the dealer field and am a hard person to impress. So for someone to keep me happy goes a long way for me. If your looking for a Subaru give this place a call. I am admittedly a high-maintenance customer, but that is why I love Budd Baer - fantastic customer service. I just purchased my third new vehicle, a Subaru Forester Wilderness (which I am already in love with), from Budd Baer last week, and the process was smooth and seamless as usual. Ed Mialki was my salesman, and he was fantastic. Always quick to respond to my emails and questions, of which there were many, and the entire transaction was fair and straight forward. I have referred many a customer and will continue to do so. Thank you!

I recently bought a car here and a week later the check engine light comes on for the catalytic converter being bad so I took it in to have it looked at and their fix was to change the O2 sensor and clear the codes and give it back to me. Two weeks later the same code comes on and they want me to pay $3000 for a new catalytic converter and 02 sensor even when they said it may have had that problem before but we just went with the O2 because they had to pay for it because I just bought it. The service here is absolutely terrible and I will never go back. I have print outs from a different dealership showing the catalytic converter code but they couldnt accept it because it wasnt a Subaru factory scan tool. And they wouldnt give me the printouts from when the car was there the first time for this issue. When I purchased the car the only warranty they said was available was a power train warranty which I have. The Honest dealer which they claim to be is the biggest lie ever
