Excellent experience!!! Did not apply any pressure tactics at all. We explained that we were both on social security and had a strict budget to follow and they helped us to find the best deal available without the least bit of pressure. Going in we thought dealing with salesman would be a nightmare, but we got a big surprise. Can't say enough good things about the entire staff!!! If you want a hassle free experience this is the place. Salesman was super great to deal with. We also looked at other deals but their prices were much higher than here. Good luck.

I recently helped my mother find a new to her vehicle and after a few places we checked out Ciocca Subaru of York. We were welcomed by a great salesman named Mike Ambartsumyan. He was very helpful with finding some vehicles and different options in line with her budget. Mike was very helpful and easy to work with, plus I can't stand pushy people or people who really try to up sale you on things you don't want or need. He never did either of those things and didn't rush us which was greatly appreciated. We ended up buying a Subaru through Mike and the whole deal was great and any little hiccups that came around he helped us through them. This is the first Subaru in our family so I'm still learning all the bells and whistles on it but seems pretty nice so far and mom is happy so I'm happy. We mainly dealt with Mike so I would recommend dealing with him but honestly the other agents were friendly and polite with our interactions.
