Sometimes I wonder where I would be at in life if I had not started seeing Mike for counseling. He has taught me the necessary coping skills I need to function properly in society. I have learned how to manage mood and anxiety by utilizing techniques I have learned from him. I am undoubtedly much more capable of leading a healthier happier life with Mike as a guide. He is very easy to get a long with, a great mediator for families who tend to yell or often disagree, and he never picks sides. He is great at helping you understand all perspectives of a situation. I highly recommend Mike as a psychologist, he has the qualifications and education needed to provide high quality treatment to couples, families, or an individual. The mental health field is with out question lacking workers with the essential compassion and understanding, however, Mike is an exception to the rule.
