Not deserving of one star. Daughter went once on 10-22-22, her one hour appt was shortened to 40 minutes, given prior patient ran over. Second scheduled appt, daughter stood outside office at locked door and never heard from Crystal until an hour had passed when therapist returned our texts and emails with a prior patient must of locked the door. By then we were home. My daughter only ever went once, decided at end of December to find another therapist. Politely texted therapist explaining. Then $120 was immediately deducted from my checking account. After questioning why two months later my account was being withdrawn, Crystal texted me an invoice with someone elses insurance info, stating the appt two months prior wasnt paid. We are insured. Insurance does in fact cover therapy. Cant cover if not properly billed though. So $140, given I also paid $20 copay at time of visit, for 40 minutes of therapy. Shady. Look elsewhere. This place will undoubtedly leave you feeling worse.

It took a long time for me to decide to leave a review because the experience really let me down. I spent weeks trying to find a good fit for a therapist since it was my first time going to therapy and decided on Lotus. Crystal was kind and cordial (which are great qualities in anyone) but spent the entirety of my appointments checking her phone over and over again and just saying "yeah, sounds like depression" on a loop. Scheduling was an issue and there was a time when at an appointment I scheduled my next one with her and put it in my phone while I was with her, but she hadn't put it on her calendar and when I showed up for my appointment I waited outside the door for almost an hour trying to figure out why she was talking with someone else just for her to come out and ask why I was there. I didn't go much longer after that because I got completely ghosted when I texted her to schedule an appointment, she didn't respond, and I called the office a couple times during business hours and left voicemail. No response, no calls back. I don't make a habit out of bothering people so I just cut my losses and chalked it up as a failed attempt at trying to bandaid depression. Maybe therapy just isn't for me, I'll keep it inside where it belongs

Such a great experience so far. Crystal is kind, sincere and so helpful.
