A place to go if you are looking to get harassed or want trouble. J pauls is a drug bar...all the junkies and dealers hang out there. Also there is a bartender, chubby with blonde hair (Jason) who is horrible and will spit in your drinks if you don't tip him what he expects.

Go here if you want the worst service from the server (brown haired chubbyish girl) and manager (very chubby w/ blondeish hair & facial hair) This took place on May 21st, 2015. My boyfriend and I live right up the street from J Paul's, we usually walk there since it's summertime now. We also always bring our own drinks because they don't have Coco Cola products and we don't like any of the other beverages. No one has ever told us that we couldn't do this. We have had 2 other gentlemen wait on us and when coming to the table they would say 'you guys have your own drinks? cool that's fine.' So when we went in we had our own beverages as I said and sat inside that day because it was rainy out. There were about 4 tables and some folks at the bar inside. We sat down and the server came over to our table and immediately said 'you two can NOT be bringing your own drinks in here anymore.' We said 'okay, we didn't know we weren't allowed but we will have water.' She continues to say something else about it but I ignored her. She didn't say hi, how are you doing? Nothing. As she proceeds to get us the water the 'manager' I guess you could say walks over to her and says he would kick us out and all of this nonsense for bringing our own drinks in. Before she even comes back with the drinks he walks over to our table and makes a huge scene speaking extremely loud saying 'you can NOT be bringing drinks into this facility, you need to buy it here or not come here at all.' He continues to yell at us about the drinks in front of the entire restaurant! So I look at my boyfriend and say 'let's go somewhere else.' We get up and start walking out and he is still going on and on about these drinks. Remember this is all because we brought 2 bottles of soda to drink into this bar. The owner needs to re evaluate who he hires there and let's run his bar. They got mad when we ordered water because it's free.. and they want you to buy the soda so they make money. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect from a person I'm giving business too. They were the rudest people I've ever met in the restaurant business. If you want an amazing place to go where they treat you like family ..I would go to O' Gillies. They have such better food with better prices and you get way more than what you pay for. They are so sweet, everyone is there and they know how to treat their guests. I would go there any day over J Paul's! I know now why they change the name so much because all of the other names have a bad rep and now this one does as well. I do NOT recommend that place at all and was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant/bar. I warned you!
