        Applebee's is one of the top 5 places to go for us but lately they been messing up! From hair in the food to cold uncooked fried fish. This last visit, my broccoli was hotter than my loaded mashed potato. When I asked for hot loaded mashed potato, the what it seemed to be the mgr, comes out with a plate that was so hot she was burning her hands. This is a good indication that the potatoes were microwaved way too long. And not only was it too hot to eat, they forgot the sour cream . I'm not sure if I would want the sour cream on top at that point tbh. We also had to ask for utensils, no refill on drinks, no check in to see if we needed anything and no bag was offered since we ended up taking our food to go at this point. My grandmother is such a nice person that she still tipped 20% of our bill to the waitress who we hoped it was her first day on the job. She will need some training because the service was bad.
