Slippery Rock Apartments

Just moved our daughter in for her Junior year. The apartment was ready to go-spotless! We got her set up quick and she started decorating. The office ladies made the move-in smooth and were very helpful. Love that she is right across the street from campus. The rent is a fraction of the other places and they are really nice apartments! Our son will definitely being moving in here next year!

Super nice tenants. Cheap, you get a laundry building. I’ve loved my time here and honestly might re-sign for another year.

I have lived here for a couple of years and have no complaints. The rent is so affordable and the apartments are cute. i couldn't keep paying double that for stuff I didn't use or need. It is right across the road from SRU and even though I have a car (free parking ) it was easier to walk! The people in the office are nice and when I needed something, they had it taken care of right away

Great place to live-it is right across the street from campus. Plenty of parking and no fees to do so. New washers and dryers-yea! Only $350/month-half the price of where I lived before. Really nice staff too.
