The one stylist gave my hair lousy color and haircut, and she was a new starter, and the owner left her alone with me. The next day, I called, and that girl answered, and she wanted me to come in so she could do it over. And I hung up, went elsewhere, and was happy.

My second visit to this salon I had a trim (I have a short hair cut) which the stylist used a spray bottle then cut my hair (this way I wont need as much product Again I have short hair) color and highlights (30 minutes) rinsed and washed THEN she told me she needed to add a neutralizer(again I did not get a perm) another 10 minutes my head was burning until she came back (she told me it would be a few minutes) rinsed and washed them again blow dried my hair did not style and here after 2 and a half hours ..$195
I will never returnit was my worst experience
