I dropped in for a quick cut in between two meetings while I was in the area. I normally have my hair washed, which I expect to pay for since Great Clips has an la cart menu, and then the cut. I asked my stylist if she could use a round brush when she dried my hair Because I had a meeting and she informed me that it would be an extra $40. I had been to many Great Clips before, and no one ever charged this just for a blow dry with a brush.. After conversations with the manager, I was informed that this is standard policy across all Great Clips. However, I had been going to Great Clips for the last 15 years and never once was informed of such a policy, and was never once charged for the stylus to pick up a Brush. I had paid the full amount which was $67 that day for a $7 wash, $20 cut and $40 blow dry. I will never go to a Great Clips again knowing this information and I think others should be aware of this Policy.

I was hesitant about taking my 6yo son here as I've not had any good luck in years past with great clips or super cuts. Ultimately ended up here anyways just for lack of timing on going to our actual barbershop and I should have listened to my instincts.
Asked the woman for a high fade. She didn't know what a fade was so had to explain that. This was alarming to me.
Then when she said she was done I looked and he had hair uneven and she thankfully fixed that and proceeded to put gel in. Wish I would have seen the front b4 she did as next day I saw his hairline without gel and a nearly blind person could have cut a better more even line than her. So unfortunately he had picture day with a crooked forehead cut and going forward I'll just never return to any great clips or super cuts as both are less than great or super.
