They moved my special needs son at 3 15. am without letting me his guardian know until it was done.
It's been a complete struggle with staff to ensure his well being. When you go to the er in an ambulance And they decided to put you in a wheelchair and push you out to the lobby. they don't feel that you're ill enough to be in back right away and your son has a seizure two minutes after they bring Him out is ridiculous. The hospital should be closed!

What a joke of a hospital. The arrogance of these "doctors" is comical. You're a doctor in Sayre, PA, not Sloan Kettering or Baylor, lose the arrogance. My mom's been in this dump for 2 weeks so far. No real answers, apparently no one corresponds with eachother because every doctor looks flustered when they come in. They look like a bunch of monkeys trying to screw a football at this place. I've had all I could do to not put one of the ignorant picklesmoochers thru a wall. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CESSPOOL!!!

If I could give them 0 I would !!! My aunt had surgery today , for one they scared the day lights out of me , I sat there and had a panic attack because they took me to this little room , I thought something must be really wrong for them to take me back here instead of telling me out there , and someone finally after 20 mins moseys on by to tell me that my aunt is in recovery but before recovery, I ask the desk if I can go back and wait in pre op with my aunt and they said "no we don't allow that " causing an already sick person distress because she wanted me with her cause she was scared .. and to make it even better , when she gets out of recovery , she gets scared and is CALLING FOR ME AND WANTS ME and they tell her NO they aren't going to get me because they aren't allowed and to shut her up they just sedated her !!!

Went with my mother there for her head trauma and cognitive decline only to be told that no neurologist would see her for a post concussion and "good luck with that" statements. What a joke. Within an hour I was able to set my mother up at cayuga medical associates with a neurology appointment. The doctor at Guthrie was incredibly smug and was laughing and smiling while my mother spoke about her symptoms and concerns. It took all I hD not to blow up.
