Excellent bank with the best rates around .It is a shame the red lion branch is closing dec 14,2020 .Everytime I find a good bank in red lion it closes.

I have been a customer of this bank since 2006. Used to be a friendly place with convenient hours. But in recent years it has been going down hill. First they denied me a simple loan even though I had a steady income and could have made payments easily. Then they close the location on Queen street, promising to open a new location, but nothing yet. Now the hours are only during the week, 9-5, with being open for 3 hours on Saturday and closed on Sunday. When is someone suppose to come in and do business? And don't get me started on the app.

Have had their transaction review department call me with suspicious charges on more than one occasion. One was odd but legit while other 4 were fraud. All refunded promptly. Jean at the Red Lion Pa. branch has been a god send. Tellers all know my whole family by name.
