        Sherry was beyond disrespectful immediately started screaming on the phone for me simply asking a question for not understanding horrible service every time you go into the branch drive-through customer service on the phone horrible everything just pull your money and get a different bank

        I have been banking with 1st National for over 25 years and this location has the best customer service by far! I visited today and had the pleasure of meeting Sue! The conversation was pleasant while banking and her respect and manners were top tier! Some people are quick to complain about everything! Im the type of person that likes to give flowers when they are due Thank you Sue! And, thank you Russell for taking care of me also. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone!!
