        I pull in to the parking lot at 8:40am thinking they open at 8am but turns out they open at 9:00am. When I walked in I was rudely told not to park in front of the bank (even thought there is not a sign up saying so) because other employees won't enter if they didn't recognize the cars in the lot. If this an employee safety law they need to have a sign up to let customers know. I will be closing my account and taking my money elsewhere.

        BB&T is the WORST BANK EVER. You know it's bad when the employees that work there are telling customers that it's a horrible bank, and advising them to bank elsewhere. Used to bank with them, but had to go elsewhere due to so many problems and ridiculous rules. DO NOT BANK HERE, OR AT ANY BB&T BANK!
