Great communication and customer service. I appreciated how Eric laid out all my tire options and didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics to try and upsell me. I appreciated his honesty and customer service, and that of Justin & Chris when I went to pick up the vehicle.

My car wouldnt start today in the shopping center CJs is in. I called and spoke to Chris, who said I could walk in and we could go to my car together so he could take a look. Jump started the car, figured out I need a new battery, replaced it on the spot. Seriously the best customer service. I am so grateful! Thank you!
