Called to get an appointment for a State Inspection and they were very friendly and got me scheduled within the week.
I showed up at 10am for my appointment and gave them the keys and insurance and registration and I was in and out in about an hour.
They are a busy tire shop but they have a lot of mechanics on duty so it makes things faster. A lot of places that do State Inspections only have a few guys or 1 mechanic that can even do the inspections.
I will definitely be taking my vehicles there from now. Also they have a good selection of quality tires on display in the waiting area. Very friendly and nice people that work there.

Good price for decent tires and okay friendly. Just stick to their tires and not so much mechanical fixes. I tried to one stop shop and have my vehicle inspected, some small issues came up and It wasnt a good experience. A lot of money was spent with no resolution. Had to fix it myself.
Update since my last post. The new tires they installed were ruined in three months. They said it was my fault. Took the same vehicle to another CJ tire and the mechanic said it was an improper installation from the last store.
Not sure who is right or who is going fix the problem yet. But CJ Tire in Coventry is not to be trusted at all!

Will not do business with this company again. Advised what I wanted done with tire mounting, and they decided to do it their way, even after confirming what I wanted done over the phone. Then gives excuse its company policy. If its company policy, then why call to confirm? Front wheel drive vehicle, I wanted new tires mounted up front, they decided to mount in the rear and put less tread tires in front.
