I was supposed to have an appointment but maybe 20 minutes before my appointment I get a call saying the doctor refuses to see me. So the receptionist tells me she is going to send over paperwork to get blood drawn and waited for 2 HOURS just for them to tell me they never sent over the paper work. So we call the office and the receptionist refuses to put a doctor on the phone and has and attitude.

Amber is amazing! I am a nurse and have been very disappointed in the Medical field lately. Amber was working with my insurance on medications for me and was really on top of it. She called me and made sure I was aware of the current situation and called after to make sure all is well. Amber is EXACTLY what the Medical field should be and I was very impressed. Amber DEFINITELY deserves a raise, and a position where she can be a role model for others. Thank you Amber!!

The practice called my cell phone three times within 10 minutes. I am not a patient there and have no connection to them. When I picked up, it sounded like a fax was being sent. I called them, and after listening to their 20 minute long Covid message, I was able to talk to a live person. I asked them to stop calling me. The receptionist actually sounded annoyed with me. Ugh!

This practice has really gone downhill, in both the policies and the selection of providers who care for you. Dr. Goldberg is the only decent doctor there because he seems to care if you're doing well. Everything else about the practice is terrible, from the staff that answers the phones to the people who "care" for you when you're in office, from their inability to return your calls to their rigid office hours that land in the middle of work days, from their medication refill line that nobody ever seems to check to their god awful medication policies that force you to see a doctor every 6 months despite having been seen in the past 6 months ("Those were sick visits, and they want to see you for a healthy visit"). I was misdiagnosed in January 2020 with a bad cough and given a medication plan that prolonged my suffering until my normal doctor was back, diagnosed me correctly, and got me medicine that actually made me better.
Do yourself a favor and find out who else is in network.
