Scheduled for a 5 minute procedure with Dr. Ronnerman. I waited for THREE hours to be seen. No apologies...nothing. Apparently my time means nothing to him or this practice. Avoid at all costs!

I don't suggest choosing this practice, if you really need to be seen asap. They have fewer doctors to care for the many patients they've taken on, I believe. I called a practice in Wyomissing and was given an appt to be seen the same day! Thank you Lord!

Terrible Health Network as a whole. Entire system is antiquated and outdated. For as much as healthcare costs you would think their systems and technology would be updated and cutting edge. Good luck transferring out as you have to go through 3 departments to get your medical records and pay a fee over the phone after you receive an invoice in the mail. The entire process takes over 3 weeks.

I’ve seen doctors affiliated with this practice for 30+ years, and almost always have received the very best attention. They brought me back from a brain stem stroke almost 20 years ago. I am grateful for their care.

I have been going here for 11 years to cardiology and pulmonary. Always had the up most care. The staff from beginning to end is awesome.
