Jim was quick to respond to phone messages. He gave me a good price on the windows and did not try to sell me something I did not need. All questions answered. His install team did a good job as well. Good communication, good pricing, and good installation. Highly recommend.

We had about 6 windows to replace. We called Jim after a pushy, outrageous quote from another company. Jim was responsive, direct, and honest. There were no BOGO gimmicks or pressure tactics - just an honest, reasonable quote. The windows were measured and installed in about 3 weeks which was less than half the time we were quoted. The crew was friendly, thorough, and efficient. We plan to call them again when we are ready to replace additional windows as well as our front door.

These guys are hitting on all cylinders. Every phase of the project went extremely well: The window offers & selection, the measurement process, scheduling at our convenience, and the installation and clean-up. All of the workers were competent, friendly and efficient. We had 11 smaller bedroom windows and 2 larger dining room windows installed, and are completely satisfied.
