        They are nice on the phone, but never got back to me with the estimate. It's a shame because they sounded really knowledgeable and I wanted to work with them. I called quite a few times, and the answer was always the same "we'll send you a quote in a day or two". I guess they must be really busy or my job is not worth their time, but I would appreciate a call declining instead of keeping me waiting.

        The window was installed wrong. The flashing is sloped back into the window. Ive been calling off and on, dozens of times, over the past 16 months now and cant get anyone to fix it. Im not sure who pays for the damage inside once the caulking fails or how many years it will take to get the problem fixed. I paid a lot to have the window installed and to have the warranty on it and am not too thrilled about having to hire someone else to fix it or to pay to rent a brake and buy metal to fix it myself.
