TGI Fridays

Great service and food was yummy. Environment was poor. Duct taped booths...worn out tables, loss of seating by the windows....extremely limited breakfast menu. As we move away from Covid, it's time to reinvest in this restaurant. I've always enjoyed it and would like to enjoy it again.

Surprisingly good experience. Airport food and service is not always top notch but this TGI Friday's was amazing. Quick and friendly service and meals were perfect. A great start to a our trip!

I always eat here everytime I fly out of Pittsburgh. I normally always pay with TGI Fridays gift cards when I do because family give them to me as gift regularly. I was told yesterday that they dont accept gift cards as payment and I was in a hurry to catch flight so I didnt question it but then the server questioned why I would ONLY tip 20% before leaving. Just a completely confusing experience all around.

We had a bad experience here. First of all since the airport took over Fridays they no longer take gift cards. Our friends buy us Fridays gift cards because we travel often and used to eat here often. Last night we ate dinner here and maybe for the last time.We ordered a glass of savignon blanc which the menu stated 6oz for $9.50 and 9oz for $11.00. We opted for the 6 oz and proceeded with our dinner order. When the bill came we were charged for the 9 oz pour and we brought it to the waiters attention. Within a few minutes the "manager" came out and wanted to know what the problem was. After we explained to him the error, he made the statement that "we don't have everything that is on the menu"......that's a classic. We were looking for the bill to be adjusted $3.00 for the overcharge. Instead he removed one glass of wine from our bill? $11.00??....We don't fully understand why he did that but his manner was not very gracious....There are problems here.
