Went here about 9 months ago and they put so much balsamic sauce on my pizza it dripped out of the box and onto my car seat. Sent in a complaint and it was never addressed. Also went on for PI day and half the employees looked like they had no idea what they were doing. When my pizza came out of the oven it sat on the cooking rack for 10 minutes. Plenty of people behind me in line were given thier pizza before. I tried to respectfully let the guy working at the counter know and he said I will get to it and continue to ignore me for another 5 minutes and let my pizza sit there. Another customer had to speak on my behalf. Been to other locations which have done a great job but this one just doesnt appear to have good systems in place

Went for takeout 45 mins before close and the door was locked and all the tables were up. They told me they just decided to close early so we werent able to get food. Pathetic employees and no apology. Will never return here again.

We have been eating from this joint for quite some time and weve never been disappointed. But yesterday they showed class and that quality always wins over quantity. As it was Pi day, there was an what seemed to be an endless line to get $3.14 pizzas. I doubted if they could maintain their standards when the demand is so high and the staff was so drained out physically. But I was amazed at how they catered to each order patiently and with a smile and delivered a scrumptious pizza in each box. Your pizzas are not only good because of the taste but theres a lot of love you guys put in while preparing them. Thank you for yesterday and always. Ps- we ordered 4 pizzas- 2white top, 1 create your own and 1 green stripe. The Balsamic sauce blew me off and is a must try if you love a little sweetness in your pizza. Their pesto sauce is also a very good option both as a base sauce as well as a drizzle on top!
