I had SH Plumbing replace two toilets in my home. I had a previous appointment the week before that they canceled. Shortly after arriving I had asked if I could get a discount due to the cancellation on their end. I believe the employees name was Tom he said and I quote, “No, do you want me to stop right now”. I proceeded to say I thought I could get some type of discount because you guys canceled on me..He replied a second time, No, do you want me to pack up and leave right now”. I understand if that’s there policy, however I did not like his tone. I made arrangements to be home for the first appointment and canceled plans.
