We contacted them based on all of the positive reviews. Unfortunately we did not have that experience. The first guy who came was polite and informative and professional. But when they came back we had alot of issues. They were frustrated one of our basement rooms was not cleaned out (we did no know they would need in there), but instead of giving a few minutes to move the stuff one of the workers was moving stuff around with his feet. The other big thing is we asked them to be careful about closing doors because we have a few cats, but 4/5 times the doors were wide open even after they were reminded to please close them. Once they left, we were unable to find one of our cats for over an hour and were very afraid she had slipped out (she didnt) but we were already in a stressful situation with our pipes that could have been avoided if they had been respectful of that one thing. We were charged a fairly large amount of money for investigation and they told us that they would send us the pictures and videos of everything so we could work with our insurance, but when we didnt schedule for them to come back immediately we never got the information to try to get approved for coverage. We realized later that they had pulled a pipe out before they left that was letting dirt fall down into everything adding to the issues we were already having. LONG story short, initially we thought we would have an easy time, but in the long run all they did was add stress and work to an already stressful situation. We found some else who was able to clear the line the same day AND is working with our insurance for the long term repair.

They were super friendly and very honest! Ill be calling them again! But forget about getting a quote from them. They want you to jump through hoops for one and take forever to get back to you.
