Had a terrible experience here. My husband and I are visiting from out of state, and ordered a delivery to our hotel. The arrival time was supposed to be 6PM. One hour later at 7:05PM, after the delivery driver was changed 5 times, the food finally arrived only to be the wrong order. I don't know who else out there was waiting for their order, but we got theirs. It was not the delivery driver's fault, this is on whoever bagged the food. This was our first Pittsburgh restaurant and we hope this is not an indication of the rest of the food here. Avoid it. Go somewhere else. Overpriced, over hyped on their own website, and sorely underdelivered. So much for trying the cheesecake.

Not worth the money. At all. The chicken Alfredo was shockingly bland. It tasted like it was made with skim milk and no fat whatsoever. The portion size was large and the ratio of sauce to pasta was fine, but I've had more flavorful butter noodles. Seriously, I almost ordered myself a COVID test, it was so bland. My husband ordered via Uber Eats, and there was an option to add bread for a couple bucks. I did that, and, well, it was a little too on the nose. It was literally one slice of plain Italian bread on the side. It tasted like Mancini's (which I enjoy, but for that much money for a single slice of bread, you'd think it'd be house made.) But I guess I should've expected that after paying almost $30 for what tastes like plain pasta with two whole garlicky chicken breasts on top. Also a bummer is that the meals didn't come with soup and/or salad (and they obviously didn't come with bread by default.) Most Italian places come with at least one of the three. For nearly $30, I'd expect SOMETHING. This food was a disappointment and a ripoff. One of the reasons we tried them was because I was craving Italian food and, being a Monday, most restaurants are closed or are takeout only. If you're in the same situation, you'd be better off doordashing ingredients and making it yourself. Or wait until Tuesday and get takeout with Alta Via, Verona Village Inn, or Capri. By the way, my husband had the chicken parmesan, and he said that he could've gotten the same thing at any pizza place for cheaper. My leftovers are in the fridge now, and I guess I'll update my review if they happen to develop some flavor overnight. While Italian IS usually better the next day, I don't really have high hopes for this.

Really enjoyed the call yet chill atmosphere. Shrimp scampi was great! If complimentary bread was given thatd be perfect!
