Order food online they charge my card never got the food kept calling and calling no answer do not order on line they will charge your card and not bring you your food

The phone order taker was informative and said it would be 45 minutes for a delivery. As for the delivery time it was 47 minutes which was wright on for me. The driver was polite and pleasant and we tipped him 20 percent. Now as for the food, the steak and mushroom hoagie was big and very tasty, great job a 4 score. As for the 8 cut Sicilian pizza the crust was very chewy and difficult to ingest. I understand people like cheese but in my opinion you use to much and it was very light on sauce, I give it a 1-2 score today. I've eaten your Sicilian before and it was excellent. You could have hit a 5 star if the pizza was even close. A investment of $30.00

Ordered online, 20 minutes later I received a call confirming my order and was told they were out of 5 of the 7 beverages on their web page. no big deal! pick another. Then after waiting another hour and 15 minutes I called them to find out where my pizza was. I was told that the order was "MISSING". They said it would be sent right out. Another 10 minutes go by and I get yet another phone call only to be told they were out of chicken!! What a joke!! STAY AWAY

If I could give ZERO stars, I would...Did an online order tonight, waited an hour and a half, no food. My card was charged, so I called and called, but got no answer. I figured they were busy, it was a Friday, so I finally decided to drive there to find out what was up. THEY WERE CLOSED!!! Lights off, not a soul in the place. I called another location, and they said they've had NUMEROUS calls with the same issue as me. The ladies at the salon next door said people had called them looking for answers as well. They also said they are under new management, and just close whenever they want, but the online ordering still allows orders to be placed, and cards to be charged. I get charged $40 for food, and they aren't even there to make it! I honestly have never been so angry, and now have to order somewhere else, and I had guests. I think a call to the Better Business Bureau may be needed. I will NEVER order from here again.
