Fairmont Hotel Sales Offices

Stayed here for my 10 year anniversary and for light up night. Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful. There is a tub and shower. The bed is comfy. They had chocolate covered strawberries and a nice note for us. We are at the restaurant. Our server was absolutely amazing. Our dining experience felt very personalized. He even brought out one of the pastry chefs for us to meet. ❤️ We have stayed at the Wyndham and the Omni. This place has them beat. It isn’t even a competition.

Never had this happen before. My order was listed as ready and it wasn't. Staff came by but no one asked if I needed assistance. Had to just raise my voice to get attention.

This hotel has the worst customer service. I canceled my booking with Travelocity (just as abhorrent as the customer service at the hotel) over 5 weeks in advance, was told I’d get a FULL refund of the cost of the stay and any deposits. Was not able to go due to my husband’s deployment being extended and the trip being canceled. Despite having canceled 5 WEEKS in advance, they tell me they can’t take cancelations through 3rd party and to call Travelocity to call them. I do so, and am well within the rules for their cancellation policy, and they STILL are making it incredibly difficult to be refunded as well as Travelocity being absolutely inept at communicating with them. Don’t bother booking if there’s even a SLIGHT chance you may not make it. Ridiculous.
