We bought a massage chair from here worth over $3,000 and had a horrible experience throughout the whole process. First the chair was not delivered on time, it was in fact delivered a week later than the time frame provided initially. It was such a horrible process trying to get in contact with anyone at all, everyone would give you different information, this company needs to get it together. Then, we did not want the chair because it honestly wasn't worth the cash, so we wanted to return it. We would lose $300 on the return but we were fine with that especially since we didn't like how the experience started off and the chair didn't really deliver what we expected of it. Now, the return process was even worst! I had to talk to multiple people before getting to the right person with the information I needed to return the chair. And when we setup the return our credit card balance has not been refunded yet?! 2 weeks after the chair was picked up....still no refund? we called and talked to the manager and she stated she would take care of it and call us the next day...guess what? no call! this place is horrible, so disorganized. Now we are still trying to work this out and we now know one thing, we will never buy anything of significant value from this place and we hope that no one does as well. There are other companies out there with better customer support and better value.
