        Dont shop here. We bought headphones that didnt work out of the box and they refused to swap them with a new pair.

        Well the one star rating is for Simon management at South Hills Village where my Brookstone had been. Not only did the Brookstone move out but they forced Sears to leave before their lease was up though the store had been announced as a regional hub and was to stay open.
