About 15-20 minutes in and out service! Went there for new connections, dudes there were super helpful with necessary info, Marvin the phone expert was great! He provided me all the pros and cons about stuffs and instead of BS upselling like others, he gave me good advise about how I should move with new connection! Porting took less than 2 minutes with no issue! (Took one star off because of the weird entrance and schedule haha!)

i went to get my first phone yesterday and Melvin helped me as soon as i walked through the door. since this was my first phone purchase, i told him i don’t really know what i’m getting myself into. he sat and explained everything to me and what everything meant, the different options, just everything. he was the best person at explaining everything for younger people new to all of this. he made sure i understood what he was saying and was overall very informative and a great person. sad to hear this store is closing and he will be going to monroeville, but they’ll be lucky to have him there. thank you Mel!
