so far its bad...having issues with on line banking and I've been on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes and counting ...how is this by any means acceptable ...

No options for zero stars!!!!!
Key bank stole money out of my account. I had $190 left in my account, I withdrew it to pay a bill and the next day they claim I was -$190 and then processed to charge me $28.50 every week. We call to close the account and make arrangements to pay back the money that was our is the first place. They say they can't close the account and will continue to charge fees for an additional month! This is the main issue.
Then, there were transactions that weren't showing up on the account and they tell us we never did them. Finally it came out and they credited the account instead of withdrawing it, then the next day take it out not once, not twice but 3 times!!!!
Customer service is absolutely terrible, the bankers are rude, ignorant and unhelpful. I switched banks! I can't trust a bank with my money if they can't even have a smooth transfer of clients accounts!
DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY, DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK, AND IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT HERE, SWITCH, SWITCH FAST!!!!!
