This bank has held a check for over the allowed time. They will accuse you of trying to deposit a fake check instead of actually verifying the check please dont bank with them. They been placing unnecessary holds on my husband account we got outside resources involved against this bank.!!!!!

They will accuse you of fraud freeze your accounts if they believe you deposited a fraudulent check. The manager will refuse to take supporting documents to prove the legitimacy of a check wont call back office to explain you have supporting documentation give you a whole run around. Long story short My refund check is being help up due to the possibility of them thinking my check is fraud. Never bank with them this is my last go round with this bank. Highly not recommended Dont deposit any tax refunds or government checks here they will accuse you of wrong doing instead of doing their job.

Went into the location to find out when to expect the bonus for opening a new account and the sweet lady behind the counter was very kind and was completely honest in saying that she was not sure at all. The branch manager Steve was already on his way to where we were, the sweet lady asked and he happily took us back to his office to help us. I have to say...was the most enjoyable bank visit I have ever had.
