Rented a truck from this location. Initially tried to do an online reservation using my credit card but their system was down. Went into the location to get a truck, paid cash, left with the truck on 1/4 tank. Returned the truck with 1/4 tank of fuel in it and dropped the keys in their dropbox. The next day I get a bill for an additional $86 for fuel and "service fees", stating the truck was left with 1/8 tank of gas in it. Now, I know where the gauge was, and I had my receipt for the gas. I called and spoke to the manager, Melissa, about the bill. She told me that she was the one that checked the gauges and that I was lying. When I told her that when I initially picked up the truck, all of the trucks were running with the AC blasting (probably something that they regularly do), which is possibly why the gauge was reading lower, she got rude and hung up on me. I called back and the rudeness continued, and she hung up on me again. I was speaking to the location MANAGER, who hangs up on customers that don't agree with her. Quality employee right there. Really glad I never gave them my credit card or I'm sure it would have just been charged. I worked it out with the corporate office and the additional charges have been waived. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. If you do, take pictures of the gas gauge BEFORE and AFTER you return the truck.
