Lady Liberty Transportation

They are apparently out of business as of June 30. I used them from the airport to my hotel on a recent trip, but was startled to learn they would not be available for the return trip this past Saturday. The hotel (Homewood Suites-University) offered a shuttle to the 30th Street Station, which I took, and took the train to the airport. Fortunately, I wasn't bin a hurry.

If no stars was an option, I would have chosen it. Waited at the Philadelphia airport for almost and hour for a ride to Center City. Even the representative at Ground Transportation said my wait was ridiculous. The usual wait time is supposed to be 15-20 minutes. When I told the driver how long I was waiting he was nonchalant and asked me when I called. Duh ... When they called you to come pick me up. Will not be using them for my return trip to the airport. I need to be sure I make my flight.

I don't want to give it one star.. My son that is 16 took their shuttle from Reading, PA ... while attending a basketball camp. We live in Washington State. They left him at the airport while missing his plane due to there in competence. Then when i tried to call they were rude and plain obnoxious. They could care less. I then tried to talk to them the next day and they were even worse. DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE... HORRIBLE ...Luckily I was blessed by Alaska Airlines and they found them him a partner airline. She was a God send. Lady Liberty transportation was just awful and they were totally unconcerned about the well being of my Son and their customer. They offered no apology just judgement and a lack of humanity. The service is totally unsatisfactory. Now I know why they don't call this city of brotherly love anymore.

I used them last night from the airport, the driver was very courteous and arrived within 15 minutes. Will be using them again.

I've used Lady Liberty several times. The drivers are courteous and professional. They are also very time conscious. One time, they left when I was not downstairs within a few minutes after they called (I live in a high-rise apartment building and have to wait for an elevator, which can take several minutes). Since they don't arrive for pick-up at a specific minute due to traffic and other stops, I wasn't waiting in the lobby, and had to call a cab. But that was only one time. The rest of the times, to and from the airport, my experience has been very good. I wouldn't keep calling LL if it weren't generally reliable.
