Large project. My wife and I are replacing all of our carpets in our house (3200 sq ft). We ran into some issues with getting the estimate done. Then we ran into some issues ordering the carpet as the payment terms were a little onerous. Was not happy and at that point decided to go somewhere else. Next day the store manger called us and came up with acceptable payment terms. The store manager went the extra mile to handle our concerns and the sales person was very responsive to our text messages throughout the whole process. Overall very satisfied with the outcome. Update: Carpet was installed. My wife and I are very happy with the carpet. We had Carlos and his crew. They were very professional and did and excellent job with installing the carpet.
