        Poor communication skills. Owner is defensive in every question or approach. He is there just to sell the product as a middle man and make easy money. No and negations is the second language here. You might as well purchase directly from the fabricator and avoid this pace all together. Product is ok but you can find it in every other store with the same price. I would stay away, pay a little more and get the quality of understanding from a sales rep in bigger kitchen stores.

        I cant say enough great things about this place! The entire team at YR, especially Vivian, are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and made me feel really comfortable with my purchase.       We've tried to communicate and offer solutions, but you rejected our suggestions. If your floors aren't level, achieving straight cabinet alignment will be challenging, that is why your contractor needs to address it. Altering the cabinets by using fillers and cutting would result in an unusual appearance. Also, you made the process extremely difficult by REFUSING to pay your balance before delivery and demanding to receive it first. All cabinets are INSPECTED before delivery and if there are any issues, we address it right away. You stated your lack of trust to any retail stores was based on prior experience, which is why you were discourteous to us. It would be advisable to reassess your perspective before posting a negative review.
