        Ok...customer service was very good, t-mobile service needs an overhaul. The service is short. The store is clean and well kept, when you walk in the door you are greeted and you don't wait long for a rep. to assist you or at least acknowledge your presences. I took off a point for NO INTERNET ACCESS. They have the password and you can't have it. First store I have ever been in that did that to me. One of the reps.forgot the password and the manager had to be called. She had to wait until the manager wasn't busy before she came over to put password in to operate my phone. What a mess. What happened to guest access code?

        The girl that took care of me said that my problem was an upgrade. I went to Cottman Ave. The fellow did help me and he knew what the problem was.
