Avoid At All Costs! IF you decline to go for the upgrade place check your phone before you leave. A young man asked me if I wanted to get an upgrade where I have a new phone number on my old phone and keep my old phone. I turned it down because it would add an extra ten dollars to my bill and it's just me I don't need another phone. This guy added the new line anyway. I didn't realize it until I left and started receiving phone calls on my old phone. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with metro cancelling it. They are dishonest and slimy. Try another location and even then check both phones to see if they tried anything dishonest.

This location is horrible. I went into this store on 9/20/20 after talking with six different agents about a phone I brought for my 8 year old. The agent on the phone suggested I go back to the store since I was receiving an error. The guy with braids & another young lady was cussing and have a good old time. They guy never looked at my phone, he told me to go visit the company’s corporate office because my payment was not made at his location there was nothing he could do. I called back to the 888 # & told them to cancel my account dude to his rudeness because he didn’t bother to help. Instead he insisted since my payment was made else where I should go else where, so that’s what I did. Smh
