        People there are a**holes even manager and they will lie to you to buy something and tell you that you cant get your money back even of its on them!

        Havent had a problem with customer service, they were very helpful when i went in today to have a console looked at under warranty and they replaced it after agreeing that it was bad. I am dissapointed that it doesnt seem that they test their merchandise though, as i just got back to try the new console, which works fine, but the new controller now doesnt work. So now i have a working console and non working controller.
