I am a patient at this facility I have been here since March 4th the best part of this facility is its new director Mr Musa he is wonderful I had some concerns and some problems that he personally sold too the very next day and for that I will always be grateful he has a wonderful staff there are some really great nurses and AIDS here basically I just wanted to make sure that credit was given where it's due and my thanks for trying to get me back on My feet again remember you need to be around health advocate and with Mr Musa they're running the show it should be easy once again he is a wonderful director and a wonderful person thank you Let me also mention the rehabilitation team they are a asset to this establishment every one of them is caring and really pushes you to become yourself again so I just want to say thank you to all who have been so kind to me.

They are treating people wrong my grandfather was there and they never washed him they gave me a hard time to get him out they are not sanitary if you have a love one here plz contact them because they are not safe

Very unprofessional they do not answer the phone no matter how many times you call imagine having a loved one here and they dont pick up the phone ghetto
